Card Sketch Sept #4

Wednesday, September 26, 2007

Weird Wednesday, can't believe it's Wednesday already! Where is this week going to? Well here is this weeks card sketch for all you sketchy scrappers out there! Nice and simple, with room for your own touches. The embellishment could be anything, so get your thinking caps on! Digital template is available for download here.

The inspiration for the sketch was this card I made for my Mom & Dads wedding anniversary earlier this month (Happy Anniversary!). Loving the ghost shapes lately, go through phases with these, love them with the outlined (kinda inked) edges. I outlined these with a silver sharpie.

Cardstock: DCWV; patterned paper: Masterpiece studio's (DCWV for envelope); Stamp: Kolette Hall; Ink: Joannes; Pen: silver sharpie; Hearts: Heidi Swapp; other: staples, silver cardstock

This next card is one I made for some family birthdays, don't even remember who, lol! Everything on this one is over a year old, excluding the stamp which is probably only 6 months old! lol.

Cardstock: DCWV; Patterned paper: DCWV; sticker: target; stamp: fiskars

Ok onto the sketch girls samples, loving the mix of colors this week! And even some Halloween cards! Remember Scrapstreet is still on the lookout for thankful or thanksgiving cards for the November issue so get those submissions in!
