Time for another round-up of crafty inspiration from around the web

Loved this tutorial on making your own DS/DSi case. I had to showcase this purely because I LOVE the material design. So cute! Love the colors too. Full tutorial can be found on "from an igloo" blog.

Ashley Ann Photography featured this awesome printable recently which you can download from her blog. Super simple idea but so fun! Simply write down the bit of your day for the whole year! Great kids project.

There is a tutorial on making this button headband on crafted, check it out! Super easy, super fun!

Each week I'll profile an Etsy seller, just as a heads up. Usually this is something that just caught my eye on Etsy. If you'd like to have your Etsy store featured just drop me a line either via email or link me up in the comments below.

I love bulky things like belts, definitely not the kind of person to shy away from anything with some metal on it, and this belt buckle on Etsy caught my eye recently! Steel Toe Studios (fun name!) has a great Etsy store filled with fun belt buckles like this and more. They are a little pricey but they are custom designs! Check out their Etsy store!

More inspiration from the web every Monday!

Welcome to another round-up of crafty inspiration from around the web!

First up is this cupcake pin cushion from Dollar Store crafts. I LOVE these! So for those cupcake obsessed gals (you know who you are). Fun huh? Plus they have a tutorial on making these on the cheap at dollar store crafts, check it out

Altering my own clothing is high on my achievement list this year so I loved this tutorial on instructables for at home screen printing! I'm thinking customizedworkout clothing!!!

Noodlehead shared this great little project recently, complete with tutorial. I loved how she gave us options too for future projects! So fun! Check it out

As it's the New Year I am sure lots of us are on the fitness, healthy, weightloss resolution train, and I thought this was a very cool project! It's an iPod holder for the treadmill! I often use an armband but this would work too, and be a great gift idea! Full details and tutorial on Laura Bray blog

Another round-up of crafty inspiration from around the Web!

A girl and a glue gun shares a tutorial on making this bracelet. I was especially interested in this because I have a hard time with bracelets. You see I have narrow wrists so most chains just slip right on and off without me noticing, so I tend not to wear them for fear of losing them. Now I feel like I have more options with this tutorial!

I've seen tutorials before on how to make your own lightboxes but this one  by (never home)homemaker seemed especially made for crafters. I really think these are invaluable to anyone who sells on Etsy or has a handmade business. Good photo's are essential to great sales! Check it out!

I love this fun market bag from Noodlehead! The pattern is available online, but I just love the bright colors! It's like all my shopping bags, just more fun! I just wanted to share because I love the patterns and colors :)

Regular readers will know I'm a tad geeky, I embrace my inner nerd ;) so I had to share Craft magazines video tutorial on making this firefox pendant. For those still stuck with Internet Explorer, Firefox is a great web browsing alternative, I tried it years ago and LOVED it. So much better than IE!

This week I thought I'd feature seller TrustHemp1320 on Etsy that creates items with natural products. I love natural direct from nature, no chemicals products and so this sellers items caught my eye, especially this Jade pendant on hemp necklace. Check out their store on Etsyhttp://www.etsy.com/shop/trusthemp1320?ref=seller_info for more natural jewellry.

Suzannah from Adventures in Dressmaking shares a little how-to on taking in an oversize sweater. I thought this one would be appropriate for all those wanting to lose weight in the New Year! Instead of buying new clothes, alter then ones you have!

I am LOVING this sweater refashion from Polka Dots and Pizza! It's a quick no-sew project and such a great idea for those slightly baggy tops that are losing their shape! Check out a full how-to on the Polka Dots and pizza blog

Etsy Inspiration - More handmade inspiration from Etsy this week.

As I am now teaching yoga/piyo I find myself drawn to all things yoga including this Namaste pendant from Jersey608. Lots of great jewelry in her store!

Introducing a new section of the Crafty Inspiration with Etsy Inspiration. I figured I'd feature something I found on Etsy and share it each week. I spend enough time on there ;)

As it's my birthday this week I thought I'd give a shout out to Etsy seller 10 Candles who has been so thoughtful and remembered that even at this time of year we December gals still have birthdays! She has these cute reindeer birthday tags listed that I found so cute. Check out 10 candles on Etsy for more party supplies.

Browsing craftster last week I saw these holiday tree ornaments from member SelenieBeanie made from Juice Can lids!. This one is my favorite, I love the colors, and perfect for fall, halloween and heading into Christmas =)

Calling all Owl lovers, there is a printable Owl Calendar on My Owl Barn blog. Just choose your month for each image, select download calendar and print! Check it out

I came upon this image in my google reader recently and just had a little chuckle. How fun is this knitted chill pill! This was from a post on Craftster about a knitting workshop to knit this Chill Pill. I love the concept :) Almost how fun would it be as a "cure all pill" for a get well gift? The geek in me also thought of the pills in the Matrix too. Lots of options really!

Want to make your advent calendar? I know it's a little late for this year, but cool project to make ahead for next year right? Or heck tailor it to any countdown! There is a full tutorial to make this pocket advent calendar on GwennyPenny blog. Check it out!

Another round up of crafty inspiration from the web!

Avital at Creativity Prompt shared this printable holiday card recently. So simple yet so easy to make! Print, add embellishment, done! When you're making multiple cards that is a godsend! Visit her blog for the download!

Had to share this Cuddly Bantha from Starwars.com website! How CUTE is this? LOVE LOVE LOVE! Everyone knows I love cute animals. It's true that every film with an animal, I always want the animal. Doesn't matter what it is. Weirder the better so I love this! Full how-to on the starwars.com site!

I love recycled and upcycled projects so this project from Mark Montano instantly appealed to me! Mark has a little how-to for this paint chip wallet on his blog, so check it out!

Gina at Bolt Neighborhood shares a tutorial on her blog for making gift bags! I figure this is a great time of year to share this too, so good job Gina! So much paper gets wasted over the holidays, so why not make some fun gift bags from fabric instead? Totally reusable, rather than getting tossed in the trash! Check out the Bolt blog for details

MarieC off craftster shared this t-shirt refashion she did from a heavily used t-shirt. Those white tees tend to get discolored under the arms after a while and this is a great trick to prolong life in those clothes! Or alternatively to extend the life in too small tees! Simply insert a contrast panel in the sides! More details on craftster. This isn't a new technique but I just loved the fabric she used for her tees so thought I'd share :)

Enjoy!
