Scrapstreet Sept & Oct

Tuesday, October 9, 2007

The October issue of Scrapstreet Mag is available for viewing online! This issue is so fun! Loving the fall colors and articles, sure to inspire! Check out the issue here.

As always there is a free digital kit, and this month being October is Halloween themed. Totally fun! You can find this and other freebies to download here.

Oh and remember the new calls are up for December AND January issues! We're trying to work ahead for the holidays so we can all relax, so get those submissions in!

So whilst I'm sharing Scrapstreet stuff, here are my projects from the September issue!

supplies: paper: adornit; rub-ons: DCWV

credits: cardboard grungie pack by Shelle Pukas designs

supplies: crate paper; doodlebug flower; misc rub-on & button

The free kit for September was this back to school kit. Again you can find the download links here. I didn't do a project with this kit, as the theme for the team was "school" and well we don't do school here so I opted out for this month, but you can find some examples using the kit in the mag.

Hoping to share some of the hybrid articles I've been doing soon. Keep meaning to upload them on here, then things come up and I forget, so look for them soon!

OMG - how have I managed to miss this mag so far? It's fabulous!! I soooo want to submit for that! Tried to subscribe but my server is sooo sluggish this morning. Will try again later. Have just put another link to your blog in today's blog post - love your site!
Missed submitting this week's card sketch but will be using it tonight! I have a very (emotionally) difficult card to make & your sketch is perfect!

So beautiful are your fantastic designs. Your hybrids are your signature trademark and their essences are definitely you. Appreciate your allowing us to view your prior magazine creations that really add to the overall magazine presentations. So glad to see your work whereever and whenever I can. Thanks to you for all your informative sketches and the various creative people who presents your final works. So beautiful. Thanks for the magazine links.

That l.o. of your dog is priceless! She looks like she's about to lunge for you. The journalling and title made me laugh! Thanks for showing.
