Card Sketch June #2

Wednesday, June 11, 2008

Thanks for the emails and welcomes back to blogging. The time off did me good, but I found I really missed blogging, yep I am addicted. Anyway although I never reached any mind blowing decisions, I DID get some much needed R & R.

This weeks sketch is below and features 3 cascading panels. As always the sky is the limit. The digital template is available free in my digital store for a limited time, so snag it while you can

After struggling like heck with last weeks sketch, this weeks came together in a snap! A few of the sketch girls said they struggled with this one, though you wouldn't know it from their gorgeous cards. I think the key is finding a focal point and building the card around that. Loving these Brad buddies from Hot off the Press. The word 'wishes' is metal, with a hole for a brad on the dot of the "i". I decided to switch out the red heart brad it came with for a green brad to match the color scheme of the card.
