Card Sketch January #2

Wednesday, January 14, 2009

It's always interesting to see the cards come in from the sketch girls via email. Each one approaching the sketches challenged differently, each having their own take and twist on the sketch. This weeks sketch has LOTS of different interpretations, especially of the ribbon element, so make sure to scroll down and check out each one! Remember the card sketch will be available free in my store for a limited time, snag it while you can!

I have to say of all the sketches this month I found this weeks the easiest. I guess it's just closer to my style of clean and simple. I simply chose to leave off the scallopy part of the sketch as it seemed to compete too much with the patterned paper, but I like this one. I think I'll be using this sketch again soon!

I've actually managed to get my card done in the same week as the sketch this time HERE :)
The DT cards are lovely.

Playing catch up as I managed to get both last week's and this week's cards photographed in daylight today.
