Hi, I'm Di Hickman and welcome to my blog. I'm a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. When not working out I'm usually working on some crafty projects or down at the thrift store picking up some bargains. This is my personal blog so there is a mix of health & fitness, crafts, sewing, thrifting, and personal posts. I update daily so make sure you check by often, subscribe in a reader or sign up for email updates
Another Wednesday another card sketch! I went square this week! Been on a little square trend lately, dunno what thats about but I guess this would work rectangular too!
The weekly newsletter is going out later with the digital card template download link - look for it in your email today! If you want to be on the "list" then shoot me an email and I'll get the newsletter sent out to you asap!!!
As always here is my card for this one! Supplies: pp - scenic route; cardstock - DCWV; stamp - fiskars; buttons - K&Co; flower - dollar store; gold vellum; ink; I made this one for a friend . I just LOVE this scenic route paper. The stamps are new. I got a set at Joanns when we popped in at the weekend. Loving acrylic stamps too lately. And speaking of the newsletter and the blog, what do YOU want to see here? More sketches? Reviews? Articles? how to's? tutorials? More info on me falling off my bike? I'm taking suggestions, asking for feedback, so let me know! email me!
My first time viewing a square card. Digitally speaking, what size evelope would you use if you printed the card? In this case, I guess I would make an envelope template to accommodate the size. I did not do cards until I started visiting your blog along with another one. Your interpretation is so pretty with the flower & stamp. I read your blog for all of the above suggestions. To read about you, to use your fabulous tutorials, as well as to receive the benefit of your wonderful designs. TFS.
Hi, thanks for coming to my blog! I love getting comments and read each one. If you'd rather email me instead please contact me at: dihickmanblog@gmail.com

great card, I think I might have to start working on some of these sketches:)
A very cute card. For the answer to you question about what to put on your blog. Any or all of the suggestions.
