I was starting some projects earlier this year, and non felt right, I just wasn't 100% on board with it. I wanted something different but wasn't sure what. I did some research online and decided to join in on the 101 in 1001 challenge! I like this challenge as I can choose whatever I want, document it how I wish, and start whenever I want, the only goal is to achieve your 101 things in 1001 days. Sounds simple right?As any scrapbooker would, I made an mini album to document the whole thing and will be updating as I achieve the 101 'things' on my list. The album is repurposed for this project. It is in fact a MM catalogue from CHA 2007/8 (not sure which). My vision for this was small (it's 8x8) and colorful, BUT I want it freeflowing. No rules! This album will be something I come back to again and again throughout the next 1001 days.

Everything just seemed to mesh with the challenge and my needs. The reason I waited till today to start is because of the end date. Starting today my end date in 1001 days will be 16th December 2011, the celebration of my 40th birthday!!! Like I said it all seemed to fit :) This is my intro page, using DCWV 8x8 Whimsy stack, some old TT&T transparencies, ohom rub-ons and Heidi Swapp chipboard alpha's.

Although it's not complete I thought I'd share the list so far of the 101 things for my 1001 days. Some are pretty specific, some are monthly/yearly projects and others involve nothing more than my time and energy. I feel I have a pretty good mix of projects. I've not decided 100% if this is my final list, but will update when I finalize it, which will hopefully be in the next
- get down to 130lbs - not far to go now, couple of lbs
- do 50/100 push ups
- do 50/100 sit ups
- eat at least 1 thing I grew everyday for a week (besides oranges) (0/7)
- run 3m/5k - I actually achieved this last week but wasn't supposed to till this week, so I'm leaving it in.

- get abs again :) - I've done this before I CAN do it again! I had a 4 pack, almost got the 6 pack!
